Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy to ensure fair availability for all clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the treatment price. If you cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more, no fee will apply.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Right to Refuse Treatment

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

• medical information is not disclosed,

• treatment is considered unsuitable,

• you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

• or there are contraindications.
