These private sessions offer the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and focus on what you need most - whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, easing tension, or simply taking time to breathe and reset.

You can come on your own or share the experience with a friend.

Each session is tailored to you. When booking, you’ll be invited to choose a focus, or share what you’d like support with. This might include:

  • Beginners Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Menopause Yoga

  • Vinyasa Yoga

  • Yoga for Healthy Backs

  • Sun Salutation Practice

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Or something entirely personal to you (such as a particular area of the body, or support with stress, anxiety, relaxation)

Your practice will be gently guided and adapted in the moment, meeting you exactly where you are.


Led by Sharon Worth - yoga teacher and coach

These sessions are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

£60 per session (1:1 or 2:1 - come alone or share with a friend)
