Mum-To-Be
Our specialised pregnancy and post-natal massages offer much-needed relief and relaxation, tailored for the stage of motherhood you are at.
Pre and postnatal treatments
Your comfort comes first. I tailor my pre and postnatal sessions to your needs, ensuring both your comfort and your baby’s safety. I am fully trained in pregnancy massage and will adapt techniques, positioning, and pressure to support you throughout.
Please note: Pregnancy massage is not recommended in the first trimester, particularly if you have a history of miscarriage or are considered high-risk. If unsure, always consult your midwife, GP, or obstetrician before booking.

Celluma light therapy (red and near-infrared LED light) supports healing, reduces pain and inflammation — ideal after a Caesarean section. Treatment can typically begin around 3–4 weeks postpartum, or as soon as the dressing is off if dissolvable stitches were used. If stitches need removing, wait until they're out, then apply twice a day if possible.

While caring for your newborn is your top priority, it’s equally important to look after your own recovery. Your body has undergone major physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy, and it now needs time, rest, and support to heal.
Postpartum massage is a therapeutic, full-body treatment that supports women in the early stages of motherhood, offering a range of physical and emotional benefits. It may also be beneficial after a miscarriage or stillbirth, helping the body and mind begin to recover gently.
Postpartum massage is usually offered within the first 12 weeks following delivery. Whether you’re healing from a vaginal birth or C-section, or experiencing breastfeeding discomfort, your therapist will adapt the session to your needs.
If you have any specific concerns, especially following complications, it’s a good idea to consult your healthcare provider before booking a session.

Postpartum massage
While caring for your newborn is your top priority, it’s equally important to look after your own recovery. Your body has undergone major physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy, and it now needs time, rest, and support to heal.
Massage therapy has long been used to reduce stress, relieve pain, and promote deep relaxation. Postpartum massage includes all these benefits, with added emphasis on recovery and emotional balance after childbirth.
Massage may support recovery from:
Baby blues – common symptoms include low mood, mood swings, anxiety, and sleep issues
Postnatal depression – more severe and persistent emotional distress, including disconnection, withdrawal, and low energy
Generalised body pain – from abdominal cramping to muscle aches and joint discomfort
Stretch marks – while massage won’t remove them, it may improve skin elasticity and circulation
Circulatory issues – including swelling, varicose veins, and heaviness in the legs due to pressure on blood vessels during pregnancy
