Sports Rejuvenation
Book a deep tissue massage with soft tissue release, fascial techniques, drainage, and muscle activation, or therapeutic massage designed to ease discomfort.
Sports / deep tissue massage
Sports massage helps your body move better, feel better, and recover faster. It focuses on releasing tension in muscles and fascia, improving blood flow, breaking down scar tissue, and increasing joint mobility.
We combine deep tissue work, soft tissue release, fascial techniques, drainage, and muscle activation - all tailored to your body’s needs. Whether you’re recovering from training, preventing injury, managing an old issue, or just wanting to feel more balanced, sports massage can help.
Our therapists assess how you move, your muscle patterns, and your lifestyle to create a massage that supports you fully. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit – sports massage is great for anyone dealing with tightness, soreness, or stiffness from daily activities.
Each session is adjusted to your preferences, including the pressure, to ensure it’s both effective and comfortable.

Infrared Sauna for Athletes
Infrared sauna is a powerful recovery tool for active bodies. The gentle infrared heat penetrates deep into muscles and joints, helping to increase circulation, ease muscular tension and support faster recovery after intense training. Many athletes use infrared sauna to reduce stiffness, promote relaxation and improve overall wellbeing during demanding training cycles.
It can be especially beneficial between training sessions, when your body needs support to repair and reset. However, because sauna use can be physically relaxing and mildly dehydrating, it is not recommended the day before an important match or competition. On those days, prioritise hydration, rest and optimal performance readiness.
Used wisely, infrared sauna can be a valuable part of a balanced training and recovery routine.
Sessions from £25 for 25 minutes
