pHformula Skin Treatments
Skin treatments may involve active ingredients and professional protocols. A full consultation will be carried out prior to treatment and you may be required to complete a patch test where appropriate. You must inform your therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, current skincare products (including prescription creams) and any changes in your skin condition.
Massage & Body Treatments
Soft tissue massage, sports massage and aromatherapy massage may involve deep pressure and manipulation of muscles and connective tissue. Mild soreness can occur after treatment and is a normal response.
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition, injury, pain that worsens, or you are under the care of a medical professional, you should seek medical advice before booking.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a gentle wellbeing treatment designed to support comfort during pregnancy. Pregnancy massage is available from 12 weeks onwards (second trimester) and is not offered during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. You must inform your therapist of how many weeks pregnant you are and any pregnancy-related conditions. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not suitable or safe.
CBD Aromatherapy (KLORIS CBD)
CBD aromatherapy products are used as part of a wellness treatment and are applied externally only. These products are not medicinal. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please seek medical advice before receiving a CBD-based treatment.
